IndiGo Adds More Flights to Central Asia Amid Strong Demand

GURUGRAM- In response to increased demand for international travel, IndiGo (6E), India’s preferred airline, announced it will double its flights from Delhi (DEL) to Almaty (ALA) and Tbilisi (TBS) starting August 16, 2024, and to Tashkent (TAS) beginning August 17, 2024.

Previously, the airline operated 4 weekly flights to Tashkent and 3 weekly flights to both Almaty and Tbilisi. The new schedule will feature daily flights to each city.

IndiGo Central Asia Expansion

Since launching services to Tashkent, Almaty, and Tbilisi in 2023, IndiGo has significantly expanded its international route capacity.

This expansion aims to enhance trade, tourism, and mobility between India and Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Georgia, providing travelers with more options.

IndiGo now offers daily flights to four Central Asian cities: Tashkent, Almaty, Tbilisi, and Baku.
