AeroMexico and Delta Inaugurates Three New Routes from Mexico to Raleigh-Durham, Tampa Bay and Washington D.C.

MEXICO CITY- Flag carrier of Mexico, AeroMexico (AM) in partnership with Atlanta-based carrier, Delta Air Lines (DL) has inaugurated three new routes from Mexico City (MEX) to U.S. cities.

Staring July 1, 2024, AeroMexico will operate flights to Raleigh-Durham (RDU), Tampa Bay (TPA), and Washington D.C. (IAD).

AeroMexico (AM) in partnership with Atlanta-based carrier, Delta Air Lines (DL) has inaugurated three new routes from Mexico City (MEX) to U.S. cities.

AeroMexico and Delta New Routes

AeroMexico celebrated the historic day at all the four airports. They started their celebrations with airline executives present at Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez or Mexico City International Airport.

Passengers were welcomed with a message and commemorative gifts in appreciation for choosing these inaugural flights.

Key highlights:

  • Seven weekly flights for each new route
  • Inaugural flights celebrated at all four airports
  • Special welcome and commemorative gifts for first passengers

The airline partnership acknowledges the support of authorities, airports, and partners in both countries for facilitating this expansion.

Giancarlo Mulinelli, Senior Vice President – Global Sales at Aeromexico shared on LinkedIn:

Thanks to the Joint Cooperation Agreement between Aeromexico and Delta Air Lines, with these new markets we will together serve almost 60 routes and operate more than 90 flights per day between the two
