PARIS- Air France (AF) is reducing the flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York for Winter 2024 and 2025.
From October 27, 2024, to December 14, 2024, the SkyTeam member carrier will reduce its operations to 5 daily flights instead of 6. This will be further decreased to 4 daily flights between November 25, 2024, and December 8, 2024, reported Aeroroutes.
Air France New York Flight Reduction
Here’s the flight schedule for Air France flights between Paris and New York:
Flights from CDG to JFK:
- AF002 departs from CDG at 08:30 and arrives at JFK at 10:40 on an Airbus A350 daily.
- AF004 departs from CDG at 10:30 and arrives at JFK at 13:00 on a Boeing 777 daily.
- AF006 departs from CDG at 13:30 and arrives at JFK at 16:10 on a Boeing 777 daily.
- AF008 departs from CDG at 16:30 and arrives at JFK at 19:10 on a Boeing 777 daily.
Subsequently, Flights from JFK to CDG:
- AF001 departs from JFK at 16:30 and arrives at CDG at 05:45 the next day on a Boeing 777 daily.
- AF003 departs from JFK at 17:30 and arrives at CDG at 06:30 the next day on an Airbus A350 daily.
- AF005 departs from JFK at 18:30 and arrives at CDG at 07:50 the next day on a Boeing 777 daily.
- AF007 departs from JFK at 21:30 and arrives at CDG at 10:50 the next day on a Boeing 777 daily.
Adding Capacity to Bangkok and Delhi
This month, Air France gradually filed changes to select services to Asia for the Northern Winter 2024/25 season, specifically to Bangkok (BKK) and Delhi (DEL)
. The planned changes are as follows:
Paris–Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (November 26, 2024, to February 23, 2025)
- Increase from 7 to 10 weekly flights, with AF196/195 operated by A350-900XWB.
- AF196: CDG departs at 14:45 and arrives in BKK at 08:10 the next day on an Airbus A350, operating on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
- AF152: CDG departs at 15:30 and arrives in BKK at 09:15 the next day on a Boeing 777, operating daily.
- AF195: BKK departs at 10:10 and arrives in CDG at 17:35 on an Airbus A350, operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
- AF153: BKK departs at 11:30 and arrives in CDG at 18:55 on a Boeing 777, operating daily.
Paris–Delhi (effective October 29, 2024)
- Increase from 7 to 10 weekly flights, with AF214/215 operated by A350-900XWB (selected dates on Boeing 777-200ER).
- AF226: CDG departs at 10:15 and arrives in DEL at 23:45 on an Airbus A330, operating daily.
- AF214: CDG departs at 15:15 and arrives in DEL at 04:25 the next day on an Airbus A350, operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- AF225: DEL departs at 01:45 and arrives in CDG at 07:25 on an Airbus A330, operating daily.
- AF215: DEL departs at 06:25 and arrives in CDG at 11:45 on an Airbus A350, operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
