NEW YORK- Ultra-low-cost carrier, Frontier Airlines (F9) is launching new flights between New York (JFK) and Atlanta (ATL) in August 2024.

The US carrier has recently completed 30 years and celebrated the anniversary by offering 100 routes just under $30.

Frontier New York to Atlanta

Frontier Airlines is set to expand its presence in New York City (NYC) area by adding daily flights between New York JFK and Atlanta, the news was first reported by Ishrion Aviation.

Furthermore, the Denver-based carrier already offers year-round flights to Atlanta from New York’s LaGuardia (LGA) and summer flights from Islip (ISP) to Atlanta. They should introduce flights between Atlanta and Chicago (ORD), which has strong demand year-round.

Earlier, the Frontier Airlines announced that they will launch flights between New York JFK – Los Angeles (LAX), however, the pulled it back few hours later of making the announcement.

Now they are planning New York-Atlanta flights, we hope they don’t pull this out. Here’s the flight Schedule:

  • Depart ATL: 5:45 AM, Arrive JFK: 8:06 AM
  • Depart JFK: 8:56 AM, Arrive ATL: 11:25 AM

This new route marks Frontier’s third JFK service. The airline already operates flights from New York JFK to San Juan (SJU) and Las Vegas (LAS).
