DOHA – Qatar Airways (QR) has unveiled a star-studded in-flight safety video featuring Hollywood star and comedian Kevin Hart, alongside an ensemble cast of global celebrities and social media influencers. Directed by renowned filmmaker Tim Story, the video is expected to redefine traditional safety video with humor and star power to captivate passengers’ attention.
Kevin Hart is poised to bring his signature humor to ensure passengers stay engaged with vital safety instructions. Launching in December 2024, the video is part of QR’s effort to ensure passengers focus on essential safety procedures while starting their journey with entertainment.
A Star-Studded Cast
Joining Hart are supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, viral sensations Khaby Lame and Adam Waheed, and internet stars Anwar and Amal Jibawi, each delivering safety instructions with their unique flair.
The video displays a combination of comedic sketches and safety guidelines, making the regular briefing more engaging. Key highlights include Hart teaming up with Huntington-Whiteley to demonstrate the use of overhead compartments, Lame’s signature gestures emphasizing seatbelt safety, and Waheed humorously demonstrating oxygen mask usage.

Tim Story, known for directing Hollywood blockbusters, praised the creative freedom Qatar Airways offered for the project. “When a world-class brand steps out of conventional boxes, you can really reach new heights,” he noted.
According to the airline, the new film will debut on select flights starting December 2024 and will roll out across the airline’s fleet by January 2025, setting a new standard for in-flight entertainment and passenger engagement.
