Rising Demand for New Features and Services

Airlines intensify efforts to engage passengers post-pandemic, regardless of flight length.

Passenger expectations evolve rapidly and are driven by home technology experiences. Travelers now expect in-flight access to high-speed internet, streaming, and Bluetooth. Enhanced in-flight experiences become crucial for effective passenger engagement.

Airline executives prioritize these improvements to strengthen brand promises. They aim to boost passenger loyalty and increase revenue through better connectivity. The focus shifts to replicating home-like technology environments on planes. Airlines recognize the need to match ground-based digital experiences in the air.
