Kevin O’Leary Urges Voters To „Protect The Brand Of America”

O’Leary Ventures chairman and „Shark Tank” star Kevin O’Leary appeared on Fox News’ „Fox & Friends Weekend” on Sunday, criticizing radical leftist politicians in New York for their efforts to jail former President Trump. He stated that this move by Democrats is having a „devastating impact on the American brand.”

„So I was over in Londing fundraising. As you know, I’m trying to buy TikTok. I’m just trying to get my ducks in order for this deal, which will probably happen in January. And it was at the same time the porn star stuff was coming out. And, you know, talking about salacious sex and condoms and all this stuff – no one understood what the heck this had to do with campaign financing.

„But why was it happening? And it really dominated the conversations at institutional meetings… With folks asking me: What is this? Is that really America? Because we don’t – G20 countries, G7 countries. You usually do not do this to former leadership because you protect the sovereign brand. The mother egg of the United States of America, The White House – regardless of who’s in it.”

O’Leary continued:

„But you look at any G7 country. They protect the sovereign brand. We have somehow stopped doing that. And, look, I’m not saying, you know, I don’t want to get partisan about it. All I’m saying is we should protect the brand of America. If you’re a Democrat or Republican – what are you doing to yourself?

O’Leary describes the warpath Democrats have chosen against Trump. These radicals understand very clearly they can’t beat him in fair elections, so they must resort to tactics used in political warfare in banana republic states by attempting to imprison political enemies through the weaponization of the judicial system. This move is nation-wrecking and nukes the American brand as it becomes bad for business under economic and political uncertainties. Earlier this year, O’Leary blasted New York Attorney General Letitia James over the potential seizure of Trump’s assets.

Even CNN senior legal analyst, Elie Honig, admitted that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg (who reduced 60% of felonies to misdemeanors in 2023, yet elevated Trump’s misdemeanors to a felony), wrote in NY Mag: „Here, prosecutors got their man, for now at least – but they also contorted the law in an unprecedented manner in their quest to snare their prey.”

„The charges against Trump are obscure, and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor — in New York, or Wyoming, or anywhere — has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything. None. Ever. Even putting aside the specifics of election law, the Manhattan DA itself almost never brings any case in which falsification of business records is the only charge.” -Elie Honig

Back to O’Leary’s conversation with Fox News hosts, he pointed out there is a „remarkable unintended consequence” unfolding:

„You know, just 24 months ago, Trump had about a third of his party starting to think about swapping him out because he was controversial. And they thought maybe we need new leadership in the Republican party. Then Bragg brings these charges, and immediately, the entire party coalesces behind him.

„All of a sudden, and I know this sounds crazy, but I believe it to be true. History will look at this five to ten years from now and say how Trump became the president again. Alvin Bragg was the kingmaker. He did it for him. I know it sounds perverse, but that’s what he did. And that’s called an unintended consequence.”

O’Leary is also urging voters to „protect the brand of America” this November in the presidential election. It’s clear Democrats will destroy this nation to imprison Trump.

What Democrats don’t understand is that their messaging is not vibing with the American people. How do we know that? Well, Bidenomis failure is one. But second is that Trump’s campaign raised $200 million in days after last week’s verdict. Many of the donations were small and first-time donors to the political campaign.
